- Ulnar nerve is compressed on the Cubital tunnel at elbow.
- Cause : leaning on the elbow, prolonged elbow flexion, or injury
- Risk factors
- Prior fracture or dislocation of the elbow
- Bone spurs/arthritis of the elbow
- Swelling of the elbow joint
- Cysts near the elbow joint
- Repetitive or prolonged activities that require the elbow to be bent or flexed
- Symptoms : Numbness, tingling on fifth and medial side of 4th digits, weakness of the 4th, 5th muscles
- Test : Tinel’s test on elbow
