    • Klumpke palsy is a neuropathy involving the lower brachial plexus.
  • Cause
    •  difficulties in childbirth
    • Injury
  • Symptoms
    •  intrinsic minus hand deformity
    • paralysis of intrinsic hand muscles
    •  C8/T1 Dermatome distribution numbness
    • Involvement of T1 may result in Horner’s syndrome, with ptosis, and miosis
  • Difference Erb’s palsy with Klumpky palsy
