- Causes
- repeated forceful wrist and finger movements
- Weak shoulder and wrist muscles
- Weight lifting
- Golf – swinging clubs forcefully
- Frequent use of other hand tools on a continuous basis
- Symptoms
- Stiffness in your elbow
- Tenderness and pain, usually on the inner side of your elbow or the inner side of your forearm
- Pain when flexing the wrist and fingers
- Tingling or numbness in your fingers (usually the ring and little fingers)
- Weakness in your hands and wrists
- Treatment
- Massage

- Remedial exercise
