    1. Bone to Bone(hard) : ex ) elbow extenstion
    2. Tissue stretch (firm)
      1. Muscular stretch
        • Ex) Hip flexion with the knee straigh (passive elastic tension of hamstring muscle)
      2. Capsular stretch
        • Extension of metacarpophalangeal joints of fingers (tension in the anterior capsule)
      3. Ligamentous stretch
        • Forearm supination
    3. Soft-Tissue Approximation(soft) : Movement is stopped by compression of the soft tissues, primarily the muscles. Ex) knee flexion, elbow flexion
  2. Abnormal End Feel
    1. Bone to Bone
      • Painfeul
      • Osteophyte formation, ankylosis fusion
    2. Muslce spasm
      • When muscle is tightened
      • Ex) When hamstrings tight –> can be happen spasm on the hamstrings
    3. Empty
      • Movement can be stopped due to the pain
      • ex) acute bursitis, Joint inflammation
    4. Springy block or internal derangement
      • Springy or rebound sensation in a non-capsular pattern
      • Ex) Loose cartilage, meniscal tissue within the joint
    5. Leathery or Capsular stretch
      • Decresed ROM or stopped movement due to adhesion of capsule of the joint.
      • Ex) frozen shoulder,
    6. Boggy or soft
      • Movement can be stopped due to the joint imflammation or swelling
      • Edema, adhesions, synovitis, adhesive capsulitis
